Designation: Manager-C& B Reporting to: Sr. Manager-C&B Qualification: MBA from reputed B School(Tier I preferably ) Core Job Responsibilities - SOP Creation: Creation of the Key Process SOPs in the area of compensation and Benefits. - Data Analytics: Would be responsible for driving most and supporting all the data related analytics. The analysis could be basis a regular project or can also be Ad-Hoc basis specific projects . Some key analytics would include the below: - Compensation Positioning Data - Analysis of hiring data and impact on comp positioning - Submission of compensation and benefits related data for market benchmarking surveys - Creation of the required powerpoint proposal in case of any specific project requirement - Creation of self populating templates basis the project need - Creation of the Tool Based Salary Ranges as adviced - All pre and post annual Merit Cycle related analytics - Analysis of employee feedback on policy - Templatization of policies - Keeping all records of change - Support with market intelligence on various benefits areas - Support Area and Global requirements with respect to any benefits or compensation analytics - System Management: Would be required to get equipped with the navigation on all the Compensation and Benefits relates system. The complete responsibility of tracking the compensation related actions and running the required audits would be a part of the responsibility. - Global Mobility: Would be responsible for creation a SOP on the process of global mobility and managing the entire end to end coordination associated with inbound and outbound employee movement. This would include coordination with concerned stakeholders - C&B Initiatives & Projects: Support the special compensation and benefits projects including re-organizations, mergers and acquisitions
