Compensation and Benefits Experience is a Must!!!

Compensation and Benefits:

- Collaborating with top management for Salary Budgets, Annual/Mid year recommendations and increments.

- Ensuring the system set- ups are updated for Annual, Mid-year increments and AIP processing

- Facilitating leader level employees to decide on company car lease terms and guidelines to avail car lease benefits, to check the feasibility to qualify for company car lease term meeting all the requirements and restructure their CTC components.

- Processing variable pay considering VP framework designed as per EBITDA achievement of various brands or other criteria specified.

- Administering and processing Sales incentives quarterly/half yearly/annually based on respective incentive scheme

- Publishing monthly dashboard with matrices like overall Business Performance, Overheads, Productivity,Headcount, Attrition, Diversity Ratio etc.,

- Review and publish BU wise Overheads trends, Budget vs Actuals on a monthly basis

- Responsible for preparing and delivering the Compensation related information of Director's and KMP's for Annual Report Disclosures.

- Managing regular preparation of quarterly Actuarial Reports at company level and partner with Actuary team for the reports.

Payroll and Compliance:

- Managing the payroll function and ensuring quality and timely processing of payroll activities which includes, payroll processing, reconciliation of TDS, compliances and payments

- Review monthly HR related provisions like Gratuity, VPay, Incentive, Leave encashment, LTA etc., prepared byteam.

- Partnering with finance team on the monthly, quarterly and annual payroll GL reconciliations.

- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of quarterly/year end TDS activities (24Q returns, FORM16)

- Supporting employees by addressing their payroll related queries.

- Monitoring payroll partner performances, payroll processes and controls and provide analysis to top management.

HR Audits (Internal and External):

- Managing internal and External payroll and tax audits by preparing, providing the data requirements to auditors

which includes, GL movements, Headcount analysis, Quarterly salary cost analysis, HR provisions, payroll and compliances, quarterly TDS returns and ensure error free completion.

HRMS and Payroll Implementation (projects on all Digital Transformation Journey ):

- Led Payroll and HRIS Implementation project .

- Active team member in all the digital transformation projects driven within the organization (for both Standalone and Subsidiaries businesses).
