- Maximize ability to attract, reward and engage employees. Ensure rewards are aligned to business objectives, integrated with performance management, cost competitive and a powerful tool in attracting, retaining, motivating and rewarding talented employees to deliver extraordinary performance and results.
- Design and deliver strategies to ensure total rewards are closely aligned with individual and/or team performance and engagement.
- Review and revise total reward systems for specific employee populations and strengthen pay for performance.
- Design and lead the annual salary increase survey for the organization.
- Design and recommend changes in Sales Incentive Plans which drive high performance in the operations.
- Monitor payroll to ensure timely closure of all employee hygiene issues.
