Manager Compensation & Benefits
Job Location : Dubai
- Designing compensation strategy.
- Competency mapping. Succession planning, Job Analysis, PMS, KPI Setting, Rewards & Recognition
- Responsible for leading the Compensation & Benefit, Total Rewards Management, compensation management and bench marking.
- Reward strategy and Rewards program design, Compensation structuring,
- Designing the annual compensation budget.
- Review and redesign of remuneration structures. Performance Management
- Lead the Performance Management process for India.
- HR Analytics & Reporting
- Implementation of the HR Management System, vendor management, annual increment process.
- Drive the entire performance management cycle
