Hiring for a Food MNC:
- The role is a part of the C&B India team and will have the responsibility of managing the compensation and benefits related activities for the organization.
- This role will independently manage compensation consulting for the specific businesses in India, manage Compensation and Benefits benchmark studies along with Projects.
Job Description:
- Provide regular compensation and benefits consulting support to defined businesses to ensure that all decisions and actions related to C&B are in line Organization's philosophy and guidelines.
- Review processes and policies to recommend appropriate changes.
- Manage annual merit process for India including design and implementation of guidelines, ensuring system configuration and governance (Workday), merit reporting and other activities as required.
- Manage job evaluation requests from business for new / existing positions and recommend salary grades as appropriate.
- Support in compensation bench marking exercise across organization in line with local/ global contract and utilize the same to create grade-wise / role-wise pay ranges, provide market insights and analytical support to business for decision making etc.
