Manager - Compensation & Benefits - Leading Digital Payment

- Looking for someone with 5 to 8 years of experience (specialist) in C&B for a Leading Digital Payment company. The role is based out of Mumbai.
The ideal candidate would be :
- Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist (at least 5 years experience) Prior experience managing the compensation cycle in HR practices
- Knowledge of various types of incentives and benefits
- Have a working knowledge of job analysis and evaluation systems
- Knowledge of current labour laws and regulations
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel)
Job Responsibilities :
- Defining and implementing local compensation and benefits policies and plans based on Group C&B policies.
- Implement, manage, and communicate group policies for short- and long-term incentives at the local country level.
- Compile salary surveys, prepare reports, and make recommendations based on market data analysis (salary surveys, benchmarks...)
- Watch over the consistency of pay structure in line with the local job classifications. Prepare and update salary scales.
- Ensure compliance with C&B policies and practices with local legislation.
- Provide ad hoc support to the corporate C&B team.
- Such function reports to Group Head of Compensation and Benefits Center of Expertise and in dotted line to the local HRD.
