Role : HR Manager (Compensation) Location : Mumbai, Andheri East Span : PAN India responsibility Educational Qualifications: Graduate + MBA from a good B school Key Responsibilities : - Compensation benchmarking, Design &amp; Execution - Coordination with the Regional Team(APAC) for Leadership Compensation - Management &amp; interpretation of HR Policies &amp; Process - Responsible for managing Pan India Payroll Operations - Resolution of Employee queries in a time-bound manner - Handle coordination, compliance to statutory guidelines and auditing of payroll data once received from the vendor - Managing Payroll related legal &amp; statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF &amp; Minimum wages) - Managing employee benefits program - Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance - Vendor engagement &amp; management for payroll and statutory compliances - Performing Annual PMS exercise(salary revision, rationalization &amp; performance pay calculations) - Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Headcount, attrition, wage cost etc.) - Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes Competencies: - Attention to details - Result orientation - Analytical Acument - Process management - Communication Skills
