Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Benefits Management and Administration
- To manage benefits renewals
- To manage ongoing benefits administration - data reconciliation with vendors
- Vendor management and vendor reviews
- Responsible for collection of market data for various proposals that the team works on and be able to work on policy/ compensation related proposals fairly independently
- Benefits Renewals
- Rates Negotiation
- Wellness Programs
- Benchmark Studies
- ESOP Management
Desired profile :
- MBA with 6-12 yrs of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Should be articulate and comfortable with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
