Responsibilities :
- Lead the compensation and benefits portfolio, provide thought leadership to senior management team on compensation and benefits program
- Research, conduct external bench marking & trend analysis, review the company's compensation and benefits program to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop compensation philosophy, redesign the compensations structure and employee benefits program
- Lead HR operations and HR Analytics with heavy focus on HRIS and Transformation
- Support in redesigning PMS and streamline the incentive plans
- Support in redesigning Rewards and Recognition plan
- Manage compensation related operational activities
Key Requirements :
- Certified in / Prior experience in implementing Hays Job Evaluation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong HR analytical and presentation skills
- Very strong problem solving and number crunching skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
