- Provide reward expertise via ad hoc reward projects, initiatives and formulation of policy - this could be firmwide or service line led
- Analyse and interpret market data, develop pay matrices and salary/bonus modelling in accordance with the Total Reward strategy and specific requirements of the business area.
- Making key contributions by drawing conclusions and sound recommendations through informed design
- You have excellent presentation skills - you don't just produce analysis but are able to use PowerPoint (or other storyboarding approaches) to inform and engage the reader and enable an efficient and data-driven decision-making process
- Assisting with analytical capability for wider total reward agenda.
