Key Responsibilities:

HR Budgeting:

- Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company

- Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget

- Present annual budgets to senior managers

- Review budget requests for approval

- Forecast future budget needs

- Review the company's budget for compliance with legal regulations

- Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines

- Design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures

Talent Management:

- Build succession plans

- Design employee promotion policies

- Boost employee morale by implementing performance-based bonuses

- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs

- Create organizational charts and define each position's responsibilities

- Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions

- Manage department's budget

- Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits

HR analyst

- Identifying and working with the HR team to resolve various HR related issues

- Communicating with customers where necessary and helping with trouble shooting and any client business needs

- Helping with job audits and HR investigations and following up with relevant parties

- Providing advice and support to numerous departments in the organisation regarding HR policies, processes, and best practice

- Analysing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions

- Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practise within the company

- Reviewing employee and candidate data and inputting this into relevant HR databases

Job Competence (Skills):

- Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages

- Experience with performance management procedures

- Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software

- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
