Embark on a dynamic journey in C&B, shaping global compensation and benefits strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling Total Rewards Solutions, driving talent retention and acquisition.

Your Employer: Global analytics company driven by its mission of making markets Function better. They are Indias foremost provider of ratings, data, research, analytics and solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the compensation cycle (pay increase and variable pay)

- Design simulations based on industry insights, organization budgets and key employee retention drivers

- Ensuring communication of the compensation strategies to various stakeholders

- Disbursement of online annual increment and variable pay letters

- Responsible for driving the LTIP agenda, formulation of LTIP Plans, payout of LTIP each year as per plan guidelines

- Evaluate relevant partners across geography for compensation benchmarking

- Past experience in implementation of HRMS modules, experience in Compensation Module implementation and management preferred

- Ensuring monthly inputs for Payroll. Liaise with external partners and Payroll team for ensuring accurate processing of monthly salaries

- Creating periodic dashboards and presentations as required for informed decisions

- Evaluating and benchmarking benefits regularly to verify the relevance and need of the organization

- Regular communication of available benefits to employees, encourage utilization

Requirements:

- Professionally qualified (MBA/PGDBA HR/General management)

- Prior experience in compensation & benefits is must (at least 7 yrs relevant)

- Experience in working with leaders / cross functional teams / multiple stakeholders

- Strong Business Communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders by objectively presenting challenging views

- Analytical Prowess, expertise in advanced data analytics through Excel

- Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity, objectivity and empathy

- Team Player with the ability to network collaborate with diverse teams

- Ability to understand cross - cultural sensitivity and manage global interactions.
