- Compensation Planning – based on Industry bench marking and survey exercise.
- Research & Analytics on Salary Benchmarks,Recommendations for appropriate Salary appraisals for employees across functions/businesses.
- Benefits Administration - Review, design, implement and communicate benefits programs and activities.
- HR Policy Formulation - Recommend policies benefiting the employees viz - Internal Job Posting, On-Call Allowance and Relocation Policy. Worked on creation of new policies like Shift Allowance & Promotion Policy.

- Salary Design & Pay Roll Management
- Rewards & Recognition.
