Responsibilities :
- Lead role in Compensation and Benefit (Pay Strategy, Compensation Structure & Pay Design, Benchmark Survey, Compensation Review, Salary rationalization & market correction, Variable pay, Contractual professionals & Payroll Administration)
- Manpower Budget & Wage Bill forecasting, monitoring, trends & analysis
- Labor cost analysis, Data & support
- Benefits processing
- Exit Process and Full & Final settlement for all kinds of separations
Technical/ Functional :
- In-depth knowledge of Statutory Compliances
- Process orientation
- Direct exposure of handling compensation and payroll for 6000+ employees
- HR Policies and HR Processes
Behavioral :
- Team player
- Good Analytical & Problem-solving skills
