- Compensation benchmarking evaluations

- Executive compensation

- Ensure alignment to the Compensation Philosophy of the organization

- Implementation of annual increments and bonuses

- Design and administration of competitive reward and incentive plans

- Formulation, review and communication of HR and C&B policies

- Create compensation ranges for hiring

- Design, execution and communication of Employee Stock Option Plans

- Analytics on various C&B parameters
