- Must have good exposure to Compensation & Benefits, Performance & Rewards, Rewards & Recognition in a reputed BPO

- Must have experience in Salary benchmarking, MIS and dashboard reporting, HR analytics, collecting and maintaining data related to Salaries, incentives, Variable compensation, etc

- Must have experience in administering various Rewards and Awards programmes

- Must have good stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills
