- They are undertaking a search for a Compensation and Rewards professional from Tier 1 or 2+ institutes, with strong HR fundamentals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Annual Compensation Review, Variably Pay Design and Administration, Compensation Analytics and MIS, Digitalization. The incumbent must have Knowledge in compensation and capability of crunching numbers.
- HR professionals with experience in C&B, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, OD, Learning and Development, Talent Management or Business Partnering may also apply.
- Engineering graduates with Masters in HR would be preferred.
- Post Graduates(Full Time) in HR from Tier 1 or 2+ institutes should apply.
