- Will be responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing organizational compensation and benefits programs in alignment with the organizations overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
- Design Comp/Ben structures in line with local practices, handle compensation surveys and benchmark on global scale
- Evaluate C&B processes and policies
- Conduct reviews of current base salary levels and proposing salary changes based on job analysis, internal salary data and external market data. Research and analyze salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector
- Monitor the organizations salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff
- Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information to determine organizations competitive positions
