Manager - Company Secretary from Listed Company

- Independently handling secretarial work of group companies

- Handling financing documentation

- Convening Board and Committee Meetings

- Interacting with lawyers, lenders etc. to resolve transactional issues

- Interaction with senior directors and convening senior management meetings

- Dealing with ROC / MCA / RBI / NSDL / CDSL / Registrar/ Depository Participant / Collector of Stamp

- Oral & written (Letter drafting) communication must be excellent.

Qualification: CS.

Should be from a mid-sized listed company

Male Candidate would be preferred.
