Working knowledge of :

- Companies act

- Provisions of companies act

- RPT

- Directors & the board process

- Provisions of securities

- SEBI

- RBI

- Should have working knowledge of managing the debentures process

- Should have managed the board process

- OK for across industries

- Should be smart and have a disposition to manage two extremely smart CS team members.
