Manager - Company/Business Valuations - Oil & Gas Sector

The roles and responsibilities are as mentioned below:

- Manage a team of 15-20 financial analysts.

- Work on engagements involving (specifically in Oil & Gas sector) :

Business valuations using DCF, relative & other approaches.

Purchase price allocation and Impairment testing of goodwill.

Financial due diligence & analysis after the deal.

- Produce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them.

Following points highlight the eligibility criteria for the position :

- Relevant experience of 7-10 years (specifically in oil & gas sector) on various valuation techniques and methodologies including DCF, Market Comparables, Purchase Price Allocation, Impairment testing, Valuation of debt, options and warrants, etc.

- Financial modelling experience, mainly of building valuation models

Allocation modeling etc., within investment banking support, financial research, or M&A advisory.
