We are looking for a Community Operations Manager for an online Vernacular Question & Answer platform. The ideal candidate should be able to design & manage operations at scale.
Role :
1. Manage all community process, such as answer approval, answerer approval, answerer categorization, answerer education and answerer retention.
2. Manage and scale the answering team and build a voluntary distributed answering network.
3. Manage question moderation with the internal team, build processes to democratize moderation through community and a voluntary network, question categorization and question translations to other languages.
Requirement :
1. Should have used technology to solve problems at scale. Should have worked with a tech team before.
2. Should have the ability to manage mid to large sized teams.
