Communications Manager
We are looking for a communications manager for a global retail company
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Local Communications strategy: Responsible for planning, executing and following up on internal and external communications in the local market in accordance with global & regional communications strategy and local needs.
- Fashion PR: Plan, execute and follow up on fashion media activities based on the Global, Regional and Sales Market objectives to effectively spread H&M's messages to local media, influencers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Media relations and cooperate PR: Monitors and responds to local media enquiries. Plan, execute and follow up on corporate media activities based on the Global, Regional and Sales Market objectives to effectively spread H&M's messages to local media, influencers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Internal communications: Execute and follows up on regional & global Communications plan to effectively spread H&M's messages to our own employees. Complements planning when relevant from a Sales market perspective.

Skills:
- Proven strategic communication planning, media relations and issues/crisis management skills
- You have a strategic and analytical mindset with strong planning and prioritizing skills
- You understand synergies between owned, paid & earned media
- You have excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge in other languages is meriting
- You are an excellent relationship builder.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office - Word, Powerpoint and Excel
