Summary:

- To manage and execute Group's communication strategy jointly with the management and the PR agency. Through effective communication enhance the group's image and create awareness of the group's varied business interests and brands. To plan and achieve quality collateral including group's magazine and the newsletters for external audiences.

Key Activities:

- Providing a first level of response to media inquires.

- Serve as a strategic communications resource and advisor to communications teams and management. This would include advising management on media response strategies.

- Maintaining effective media relations for maximum benefits and coverage.

- Recommending and proposing inputs to define the appropriate image for the organization.

- Developing, coordinating and executing communication plans that support business initiatives and strategies.

- Ensure researching, writing, editing and managing the creation, approval and distribution of communication materials.

- Interact with and manage high end powered clientele of the organization.

- Working collaboratively with in a cross functional team environment to ensure consistency and accuracy of messages.

- Ensure consistency in external announcement messaging and delivery.

- Planning and organizing company communications activities, which includes corporate relationship building events.

- Recommending and assisting in establishing an effective, communications system to inform internal and external customers; thereby creating awareness and maintaining the company image.

- Defining and maintaining innovative channels for timely distribution of information such as intranet and email communications newsletters, web-casts, etc

- Creating written and presentation materials for management team for internal communications.

- Writing articles, memos, speeches and other materials as needed by management
