- Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them.
- Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content.
- Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Track and manage all the learning requirements for a market. Plan exclusive sessions catering to project/ account requirements.
- Publish the lateral training calendar every month to market leads and other stakeholders. Prepare and publish the upskilling and cross training monthly dashboard to Market Talent Lead and MU Leads.
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Producing training materials, Designing and delivery of e-learning courses, workshops etc. Design, Implement and manage the key strategic leadership training programs and other initiatives.
- Tracking budgets and negotiating contracts - In order to build a training program and use various types of training , certain components would also would be required to be included from third party providers / external trainers.
- To discuss and ascertain the "best fit" meeting the training outcome and budget feasibility.
Technical Experience :
- Leadership Programs Design/Implementation experience
- Ability to work with leadership.
Exposure as a trainer Professional Attributes :
- Program Management Skills.
- Good interpersonal and Communication Skills
Educational Qualification : Post Graduate in Management or MBA.
