Manager - Commercial - Retail

- Manager commercial for SIS/Key accounts./MBO/LFS/EBO's

- To Manager all MIS reports/ invoicing / PO management at all levels. Sharing the report with concerned team.

- Payment follow up with customers in coordination with finance and accounts team

- Ensure all flow of communication as and when required

- Ensure thorough reconciliation of accounts and inventory on regular basis

- Ensure all margin calculations with the partner

- Vet all MOU/ agreements and maintain the MIS of the same

- Controlling and follow up on all ledgers, credit note, debit note and c form of the vendors

- Coordinating with all retail team and accounts team for all end to end processes

- Evaluate the sales offers and give feedback on margins etc

- Ensure timely renewals of agreements with vendors and developers

- Ensure all new store related process commercial role is looked at in detail

- Ensure closure of all legal matters

- Ensure timely reco with internal accounts team and external team
