Role and Responsibilities:
1. Manage all the servicing requirements of the clients.
a. Data platform training
b. Query resolution
c. Master service agreement execution
d. Proposal writing
e. Co-ordination for Invoice, Payment collections, SLA execution
2. Understanding the client business and co-ordinating with BD team for opportunity identification
3. Support the AVP / Senior management in preparing SLA / pitch presentation. Support in follow-ups post client meetings on action plans discussed.
4. Develop strong relationships with Marketing teams
5. Responsible for Minimum 10 clients. All clients to be visited once a month.
6. Will be handling a few clients from Mumbai and a few clients from any one location
Delhi/Ahmedabad/Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore. Minimum 5-6 days of travel outside Mumbai every month.
Desired profile :
1. Marketing and/or Sales experience in Pharma Companies is a must.
2. Exposure to AWACS / IQVIA data would be an advantage, though not a pre- requisite.
3. Fluent written and oral communication skills
4. Strong Analytical skills to enable reading of data and deriving inferences.
5. Should be comfortable working in Excel and Powerpoint.
6. Should be open to travel out of Mumbai for 4-5 days in a month for client meetings.
7. Open to stretch in owning extra responsibilities whenever desired.
8. Education: MBA Marketing / M Pharma / B Pharm / B.sc | M.Sc Chemistry
