We are looking for candidates with global expertise in a multi-national tobacco organization within commercial strategy, inclusive of but not limited to commercial forecasting, commercial budget management, cycle planning management and commercial projects.
Key accountabilities:
- Lead the annual process of strategy/commercial plan preparation. Prepare and share short and long term situational analysis on the basis of forecast market dimension changes, area specific situational analysis and commercial drivers prioritization and provide area commercial plan development guidelines.
- Model and develop the pre-strategy pan-India KPIs in co-operation with HQ Sales Strategy functions. Develop processes, tools and methodologies related to Strategic and operational Planning, Measurement and Product Inventory. Communicate and train organization in using them.
- Analyze performance report on an ongoing basis and provide the management with situational analysis. Consolidate learnings and propose adjustments to plans based upon the results and new business opportunities.
- Be a strong contributor, sharing best practices and contributing to improvement of commercial planning and performance measurement systems.
- Work closely with brand groups in preparation of the NPL Pipeline (annual Brand initiatives plan) and the project plan of each brand initiative, validating the initial KPI's proposed.
