Manager - Commercial Planning & Analysis - Aviation Industry

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis:

Revenue Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue analysis

KPI Reporting: Prepare commercial reports and monitor department targets (sales targets, revenue targets, loyalty enrollments, customer satisfaction etc.) Competitor Analysis: Regular bench marking against competition

Project Management:

Business case: Prepare business case analysis for various commercial initiatives and projects

Project Management: Monitor the progress of commercial projects/initiatives against timelines

Agreements: Assist in evaluation of agreements and preparing contract summary and/or SOW

Ad-hoc:

Meetings & Minutes: Accompany and assist in preparing for meetings with various partners and department heads and responsible for minutes of the meeting

Presentations: Preparation of presentations and memos for senior management and board Ad hoc approvals: Monitor approval requests from department heads and track against policy
