Manager - Commercial Lending

We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our commercial lending division. You will be part of team working as an extension to our US and European Banking clients ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLA's.

Key Skills / Responsibilities :

- In-depth knowledge of loan portfolio monitoring and new loan underwriting activities covering spreading, covenant monitoring, interim reviews, annual reviews and renewals

- Understanding of loan agreements and applicable covenants

- Hands on experience in risk rating assessment of large and middle-market borrowers across sectors / geographies

- Experienced in workflow allocation and quality check of juniors work

- Exceptional organizational skills, including multi-task capability, priority setting and meeting deadlines

- Ensure deliverables are met as per client SLA's - productivity, quality & TAT

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines

- Suggest process improvement ideas on a regular basis

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Minimum qualification - MBA / CA / CFA (US)
