- To independently handle commercial leasing and sales activities for organization commercial assets
- To source leads, inquiries through business development activities
- To handle accurately in a time-bound manner response to RFPs and BTS requirements
- To handle end to end lease and sales transactions documentation
- Term Sheet/LOI/Agreement/Registration/billing, etc.
- To generate a lead through Business Development activities
- Provide accurate market upbeat, competition mapping on the timely basis to reporting manager/senior management
- Maintain accurate MIS of allotted portfolio
- Liaise and work closely with other departments/teams internally and externally
- Develop a strong channel partner database
