Manager - Commercial Leasing - Real Estate

- 5-9 years of experience in retail/real estate industry with atleast 3 years experience in Leasing

- Should possess good presentation and negotiation skills

- Sound understanding of the retail space sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure

- Good understanding of commercial contract negotiation process

- Prepare and maintain/ regularly update the Leasing Tracker for every project/mall and also undertake the preparation of weekly MIS reports on deals closed

- Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members

- 5-9 years of experience in retail/real estate industry with atleast 3 years experience in Leasing
