Our client a well-known brand in Real Estate is looking for a Manager/Sr.Manager Commercial Leasing Location - Hyderabad Experience - 5 to 10 years Education - Any Graduation with MBA is preferred PURPOSE - The role will be responsible for leasing, marketing and general management oversight of a group of commercial properties for our client. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Responsible for Leasing/Sales of projects. - Generating revenue from the leasing of commercial properties - Identifying &amp; meeting target customers for Leasing / Sales of Commercial space - Strategic planning for business development and market analysis for potential commercial leases. - Responsible for business development to secure new tenants, prospects and provide support for the overall leasing efforts of the team. - Preparing Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly presentation for the Top Management. - Developing and managing relationships with prospective clients - Corporates &amp; Real Estate Investors. - Achievement of revenue, leasing targets and specific client outcomes in alignment with individual goals and overall business plan. QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE : - MBA with 5-10 years of work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of direct experience in leasing/sales of a variety of commercial spaces - This candidate will feel extremely comfortable working in a high-touch, relationship-focused role - Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of commercial leasing and related marketing activities. - Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. - Ability to work successfully in an extremely fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
