Job For Manager Commercial in FMCG Company (Female Only)f (7-19 yrs)

- Ensure Quality Assurance for Packaging Material

- Follow up with supplier for packing & shipments

- Lab certification & accreditation

- Liaison between Buyer & Supplier certification

- Responsible for process pendency's follow up

Including all the data maintenance for concerned department, direct reporting to Managing Director and CFO, all up-keeping and approvals of packaging material samples from different Indian suppliers like Daawat Foods, Kohinoor Foods, Shakti Bhog Foods, etc. and vendors like U-Flex Noida etc.

- Keeping overall records and MIS's for all the suppliers of the company, coordinating with suppliers and vendors through E-mails, calls and other communication means, direct communication with home office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia with mails etc.

- Upkeeping of all the records for total shipments of rice to home office on monthly, quarterly and annual basis, maintaining of manifest datas taken from different ports like Mundra, kandla etc, issuance of Inspection certificates to different suppliers like Dawat Foods. Kohinoor Foods, L.T. Foods, REI Agro, having total quality inspection done in our labs and deptt. Also to verify there invoices.
