General Duties and Job Responsibilities : This position would be responsible for the commercial finance activities taking care of sales prices, reviewing standard costing, program management and other activities to ensure appropriate price recoveries on customers. Commercial Finance : - Price review/monitoring and approving the price changes in ERP - Sales Master maintenance - Review of Std Cost request to update in the system/ERP for new program as well as changes due to alternate sourcing, VAVE activities, or customer ECN etc. - Review and recovery of Price Increase/Decrese working (Debit Note/Supplementary,Credit note) for all customers - Program cost tracking, monitoring &amp; reporting - Program wise profitability reviewing and supporting business arriving at profitable programs delivery - Cost Roll Up Approval - Budgeting Activities (validation of Sales Budget and working of LTA/Giveback for budget and other information required while making budget, balance sheet items, Trade AR, Tooling AR, Inventory, Unbilled Tooling, Material Cost analysis etc.) - LTA and give back calculations &amp; tracking Inventory Management: - Review of Purchase price variance - Coordinate monthly inventory counts - Monthly / quarterly inventory reserves calculations and computations - Inventory Reconciliation Finalization (GL vs SL) part wise variance in pre count vs post count, identified fictitious inventory and make it zero, make sure all the standard JV posted on monthly basis. Accounts Receivable Management: - Trade AR &amp; Tooling AR Management - Invoice discounting advice maintenance - AR review with the sales teams Audit: - Coordinate Statutory Audit activities - Coordinate Cost Audit activities - Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program. &nbsp; Education and Experience : - MBA (Finance) - Min 10-12 years of experience working in similar role - Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis - Track record in a similar position in a manufacturing industry (having worked in Automotive industry would be a plus). Required Knowledge and Skills : - Languages (min. requirement): Fluency in English and Hindi - Sound understanding of accounting principles. - Solid cost systems background. - Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. - Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&nbsp; - Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
