Urgent Looking for Manager-Commercial Control // Real Estate Brand // Gurgaon

DESCRIPTION:

Profile:

Manager (Commercial Control):

- Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills, understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills.

- The incumbent will be interacting closely with internal Sales team, Legal, Land & Accounting team on daily basis.

- The incumbent will be tasked with understanding of Commercial impact of land transactions/current market prices/understanding of current development master plan.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Discussion with IPCs, leading real estate broking firms for understanding of current market / micro market conditions

- Meeting land aggregators/Market visit

- Understanding of commercial/sales aspect of the real estate

- Continuous update on current Gurgaon master plan

- Knowledge on current urban planning rules & regulations

- Preparing financial summary of transactions based on the above.

EDUCATION:

- Degree in Business / non business Oriented discipline

- MBA

- CA/CA(I)/CFA/CMA/CMA(I)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- 6 years of experience in business development / planning / sales vertical of real estate developer

- May have worked in leading IPCs/broking firms/land aggregator/real estate company.
