Drafting legal opinions based on in depth legal research & analysis on various legal quandaries raised by the clients and corporate department.

Liasoning with external counsels for deciding legal strategies for critical matters.

Develop / improve the processes, policies and procedures designed to reduce legal risk and increase efficiency and to provide training to various stakeholders.

Advise and recommend courses of action to the management and business teams on legal issues, commercial transaction structures, risks and company policies and procedures
