Manager - Commercial Contract - LPO

JD:

- Should possess hands-on experience working on Contracts projects viz., contract drafting, review, negotiation, abstraction, obligation tracking and summarization

- Should know the structure of contracts and a good grasp over the terminologies used in commercial contracts

- Desired experience in execution and delivery of services in scope, mapping client requirements, coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with pre-set guidelines

- Exposure to client-facing responsibilities, issue escalation and compliance in contract related projects

- Experienced in using contract tools and databases

- Monitors the overall functioning of processes, identifies improvement areas and implements adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level

- Establishing team, assign responsibilities, set team direction.

- Creates project plan, commit resources, monitors project activities, manage client changes to project plan and scope, restructures project organization

- Experience in managing client relationship

Additional notes on the requirement:

- Near to 6 - 8 years of experience in the contract domain in a corporate legal department of a company (multinational) or an LPO

- The candidate should have skills pertaining to contract negotiation, risk management, contract drafting and redlining

- Ability to relocate for short term and long term assignments (domestically or internationally). The locations for domestic travel would be Bangalore in all probabilities and internationally would be the US unless priorities change
