Manager - Commercial - Conglomerate

We have been mandated for the below role for large conglomerate.

Location : Kolkata

Experience : CA / ICWA / MBA -Finance

Job Profile:

- Drive the process of timely recording of the receipt of the materials and invoicing for sale of material across the zones

- Ensure correct rate master is updated as per the defined unit guidelines

- Issue debit note / credit note as per process

- Approve credit limit basis advice

- Provide information on depot / godown in terms of size, value of the materials for appropriate insurance coverage

- Ensure balance confirmation is taken from all customers

- Facilitate settlement process of customers basis request received and ensure there are no grievances

- Strive for containment of cost in all major areas and to strengthen internal control systems

- Clarify all queries from accounts with respect to bank reconciliation

- Conduct regular depot audits to examine physical verification of stock, documentation with respect to invoicing for stock, outstanding etc.

- Ensure smooth running of depot operations by providing required support to C&F accountant

- Analyse revenue and expenses of depots in states and provide inputs to zonal head regularly on its viability

- Ensure disposal of damaged goods at depot as per laid down procedures

- Follow with vendors and ensure that they file their GST returns

- Verify vendor bills and forward to accounts for processing

- Validate required compliances for appointment of stockist & C&F across zones and approve accordingly and maintain all required documentation

- Front end corporate and external audits from time to time by providing necessary information

- Provide GST workings data to concerned team on time for GST payment and filing of returns to avoid any non-compliances

- Liaison with central team for managing various compliances like shop establishment , trade license etc. for godowns
