Job Description :

- Managing resolution rate for flows and recoveries Pan India

- Automate collection flows with analytics and machine learning teams based on past customer behaviours

- Should drive high-quality customer experience in collections and manage escalations

- Drive automated allocations to internal team and collection agencies to produce better results

- Work closely with the team members and team leaders to provide constructive real-time/ scheduled feedback
