Manager - Co-organization Lending Operations - Bank

Handling Securitization, Co-Lending, Direct Assignment Process:

- Networking with the Banks/NBFCs to support their needs on Assignment / Securitisation through our portfolio with discussion & presentations.

- Coordinates the compliance of all the Reports, Executed Documents and Certificates required for Securitization purpose.

- Preparation of the MIS and projections pertaining to Securitization.

- Maintaining monthly pay-out MIS to the investors.

- Bank Reconciliation.

- Principal and Interest checking for Securitization

- Opening the Disbursement & Collection Account.

- Escrow Collection and Disbursement accounts need to be reconciled on regular basis
