Manager - Co-Manufacturing - FMCG

Leading FMCG MNC is looking for a Manager - Co Manufacturing based in Mumbai. This position reports to Director - Supply Chain.

Essentials: MBA / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production

Main Duties and Functions : 

- Set the External manufacturing Strategic Choices and Master Plans required to deliver the chosen CBU Business and Manufacturing priorities

- Lead the external manufacturing to be a highly reliable, responsive and competitive operation

- Root a zero risk operating culture to guarantee a safe environment for anyone working in the external manufacturing

- Accelerate Performance Rate of Improvement

- Build Productivity Pipeline to secure cost reduction

- Drive connectivity, networking and benchmarking both internally and externally

- Secure Product Superiority through minimised product variability and spec consistency

- Strengthen the Organization through all employees of the company

- Push organisational development, high performing teams through proximity leadership

- Develop internal talented leaders who can further grow within the company

- Strengthen the external manufacturing contribution to CBU Innovation Pipeline.

- Build relationship and set long term action steps with external partners and local community for protecting both reputation and competitiveness
