Manager - Client Success


Key Responsibilities:

- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters with clients, addressing inquiries, providing financial updates, request appropriate data and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure completion of compliance with InterLoBs.

- Financial Analysis of GBS: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, make prospective revenue calculations. Circulate proposals with clients and negotiate if needed.

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes with clients to get streamlined data every month.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives, and providing financial guidance and support as needed.(Connect with different teams if needed)

Qualifications:

- Education: Advanced degree (e.g., CA, MBA in finance) may be preferred.

- Experience: Several years of experience in financial management, accounting, with demonstrated experience in client-facing positions preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven recommendations.
