Manager - Client Servicing - PR Agency

- Our Client is looking for Client servicing Manager with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in working on industrial and B2B sectors

- An ideal candidate would be someone who not only has excellent written and spoken communication skills, but can also articulate him/herself well in front of the clients. He/She should exhibit exemplary confidence

- He/She should understand the media relations process as well as deft in managing client related process for international working environments.

What you'll do :

- Be the day to day contact for the client and ensuring their ongoing requests and requirements are addressed with speed and accuracy

- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company by managing them.

- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.

- Strategic planning to improve clients- results.

- Planning and presenting reports on progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies

- Take responsibility for understanding the day to day media management and social media management needs of the client and deliver on those working with both generalist and specialist teams of the agency

Qualifications & Skills - 4-5 years of Client handling experience in a leading PR agency
