Project Management Responsibilities :

- Take and prepare briefs, with attention to detail -

- Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

- Identify resources needed within the company and assign individual responsibilities.

- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

- Prepare for reviews and quality assurance procedures.

- Minimize organization exposure and risk on projects.

- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately

Project Accounting Responsibilities :

- Track and report team hours and expenses on a timely basis.

- Manage project budgets

- Ensure timely and accurate billing, and monitors receivables for project.

- Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.

- Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins, rates and utilization.

Business Development Responsibilities:

- Build relationships and grow the business

- Working as a strategic digital marketing partner with clients

- Achieve business and revenue targets while at the same time ensuring that the requisite profit margins are maintained

Requirements :

- 4-6 years- experience in a Digital/Marketing/IT delivery role

- Experience in areas of Web development, digital marketing is a big plus

- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients and deadlines.

- Keeping up with the latest trends in Web technology and digital marketing is a mandatory requirement

- Experience in dealing with clients (marketing managers, technical managers, brand managers)

- Ability to manage different kinds of resources (developers, graphic designers, etc.)

- Strong oral and written communications skills.

- Strong experience of Microsoft Office products, especially MS Powerpoint would be a plus

- Experience in working with international clients would be a big plus
