We are hiring for the subject role for a Leading Educational Group. Details below :

Primary Objective:

The person in this position will be responsible for managing critical accounts. He/she will be solely responsible for the entire coordination with the customers and get more business from other verticals of the same business and new business as well. He/she would be responsible for retaining existing business. He/she would be handling the entire revenue management for the business and ensure external stake holder satisfaction. The person in this role will play a significant role in long-term in planning and execution.

Role Responsibilities:

a. Revenue Management & Customer Relations

i. Customer Relations.

ii. Set up strategy plan for getting new business from existing customers.

iii. Retaining existing business

iv. Meeting the customers on a weekly basis and as and when required for understanding the pulse and proactively understanding the issues and bridging the gap by providing a win-win solution at all times.

iv. Enforce Standard Operating Processes and coordination with the internal teams for the same.

b. Quality Control

i. Work closely with the quality team to ensure that the new business and existing business are in

line with our quality standards of implementation

ii. Interact with them on a daily basis to understand the gaps and ensure to close the gaps within a stipulated time frame

c. Other responsibilities

i. Live the core values of the organisation by demonstrating Ownership mind-set, Innovation at work and engaging all stakeholders effectively

ii. Develop strategies & ensure maximum efficiency in the utilization of human & financial resources

iii. Work with the Leadership Team to review operational processes & people issues
