Client Services Manager - Work from Home in Mumbai - FMCG Clients Our client, BrandIdea, provides a data analytics application for sales and marketing functions in consumer companies. The technology is unique and provides superior, granular level data that can be used by sales and marketing functions for more effective management. The company currently works with all the large FMCG players in India, and is growing across the country. - The CEO is looking for a Client Services Manager to join the team, and manage these large clients, ensure they are using the platform well and build engaging relationships. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with the CEO to build the pipeline of new clients. - This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take on individual responsibility and build relationships at senior levels within FMCG companies, whilst working with a leading data analytics product. Key aspects of the role : 1. To follow-up with prospective clients with solutions and assist the CEO in closing new accounts. 2. To engage and develop existing clients, strengthen relationships and ensure each client is being well managed and getting the best solutions from the application. 3. To co-ordinate with a project team to ensure smooth functioning of the application 4. Understand and define new developments on client analytical requirements and pro-actively communicate that to the project team Candidate requirements : 1. An MBA in Marketing 2. At least 4 years experience in media or software sales to a cross section of industries, selling to senior management in sales and marketing functions. 3. Preferably have had exposure to large, multi-dimensional marketing data-sets, although not a must. 4. Ability to work from home in Mumbai and travel to client locations.
