Position Summary:
- Manage service delivery and deal fruition of the portfolio of FI clients with overarching goal of enhancing client experience through efficient handling of transaction executions, strict adherence to TATs, quality and speed of communication, improvement in operational processes etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Transaction management and execution. Candidate will be responsible for taking originated and approved business transactions to fruition by coordinating with correspondent banks & Coverage RMs and other internal stake holders like Ops Units and Branches.
- Co-ownership of revenue target from Correspondent Banking and FI Trade.
- Work in close coordination with Coverage RMs, Ops teams and Correspondent Banks to ensure consistently superior customer experience.
- Monitoring of Nostro Accounts and Vostro Accounts, query resolution, cost and income monitoring etc.
Interface (Is this role customer facing or Back-end)This is a mid-office profile where the incumbent will act as the bridge between the client and the internal operations units.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:EDUCATION- MBA (with specialization in either Finance & Marketing / Capital Markets ) / Chartered Accountant /
- Graduates / Post Graduates with more than 5+ years' of relevant experience with a peer bank also can be considered
WORK EXPERIENCE : - 6+ Years banking experience of which at least 4 years in FIG (Client Support), International Trade Business, Corporate Client Servicing or Correspondent Banking
Preferred Requirement:
- Knowledge of UCPDC, URC and Inco Terms
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
