Client Service Manager
Responsibilities:
The Client Service Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Support Senior Client Managers across segments (institutional, professional private, EAM and corporate clients)
- Answer and coordinate phone, email and website requests from prospects and clients
- Coordinate and plan marketing materials, sales activities and events
- Prepare and conduct client onboardings (KYC, due diligence, client documentation service implementation)
- Identify opportunities and help develop the client book
- Coordinate with other business lines to ensure prime client experience and viability of relationships
- Leverage existing accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative and ongoing initiatives
- Push boundaries of the current offering to develop the business
- Continuous self-education in finance as well as the field of Blockchain technology and digital assets
Experience / Requirements:
Must-have's:
- Bachelor/PG degree level education, ideally in Banking & Finance
- High positive energy and drive to refine and improve the way things are done, can-do and hands-on mindset
- Experience in account management or junior RM role
- Reliable and precise work ethic
- Strong communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowhow of Blockchain and digital asset markets
- Strong desire to achieve results
- Team- and Cause-first attitude
- Strong analytical skills
- Great verbal & written communication skills in English, German and any additional language a plus
Optional:
- Advantageous is crypto know-how and an existing network within the blockchain community (national and international)
