Job Role
Looking for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager is a key role in our Business Development Team. The goal for this role is to support, participants as a trusted and loyal advisor, assisting our partners to maximize the efficacy of systems involved pharma associated verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies. Should be able to handle multiple large accounts.
- Provide consultation, education, and direction to Pharma organizations and providers to support and ensure the adoption of information technology at the enterprise level and area pertaining to the scope of automation,
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key Pharma clients.
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts with an objective of account farming post winning.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client and company's needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous work experience of minimum 15 years of Account/ Customer Management in providing the IT solutions to Pharma Industry.
- Knowledge Pharma manufacturing is necessary.
